Qoya is a shift in the way we have been taught to move in our bodies as women, focusing less on how it looks, and more on how it feels. Through meditation, stretching, breathwork, yoga and free dance, you'll begin to dance with the truest part of your essence.
A Qoya class can be as invigorating or relaxing as your body requires in that moment. This can be through vibrant dance and energetic movements, or with a quiet flow. There are no levels in Qoya and there is no wrong way to do it!
We love to say, come to Qoya as you are, leave MORE of who you are!
Our class will be followed by a Labyrinth walk. A labyrinth is an ancient symbol that relates to wholeness. It combines the imagery of the circle and the spiral into a walking meditation. The labyrinth is a metaphor for the journey to the center of your deepest self and back out into the world with a broadened understanding of who you are.
Please wear comfortable/stretchy clothes to move in, a yoga mat if you have one and a bottle of water.

With Hormone Balance Cooking, Sacred Sexuality, and Sensual Living.
Wednesday, December 6th 6:30pm-8:30pm
Just like the moon, women go through phases in their menstrual cycles and cycles of womanhood such as menarche and moonpause.
This class will share information on supporting foods for hormonal fluctuations and recipes like Raw Cacao Shakti Brownies, that increase feminine vitality, reduce cravings, PMS, and menopause symptoms.
This class will activate your inner goddess! In addition, we will share feminine tips on Sacred Sexuality, exploring Yoni Egg use (Jade Egg practice), Tantric breath-work practices to enhance sacral chakra activation, and adaptogenic herbs and tinctures for feminine health.
Cyclical living is what is needed to help empower women, helping let go of the idea of the menstrual cycle or menopause being a CURSE but rather a GIFT with much wisdom!
Let’s deeply explore the art of Sensual Feminine Living, together in Sisterhood.
